I have a shop and want to carry your cards. How do I go about doing that?


Yay! We are always looking for new places to partner with to stock our cards. Send an email to wholesale@havenpaperie.com for more information or to request a catalog.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does the subscription work?


Think of it like a magazine subscription. You sign up and we send you cards + stamps each month until you cancel. You can choose to have your credit or debit card billed automatically OR you can purchase a gift subscription for yourself and select a set number of months up front.




When will my cards arrive?


The first batch of cards will arrive the month after you purchase the subscription. For example, sign up in April, cards will begin arriving in May. Subscribing reserves your spot for the next batch of cards. This helps us know how many cards to anticipate printing since new cards are designed and printed each month, and it keeps everyone on the same shipping schedule.




Can I PAUSE my subscription?


Yes! If you need a little break from your subscription for whatever reason, contact us and provide the month that you would like to restart your subscription in the future.




Can I CANCEL my subscription?


Of course! You can cancel at any time. While we hate to see you go, we understand it will happen.
Visit the account page, request your password, and once you've logged in, follow the steps to cancel your subscription.




How do I update my billing or shipping information for the subscription?


To update your billing information, visit your account page, request your password, and once you've logged in, you can edit your billing information.

To update your mailing address, please send an email to hello@havenpaperie.com with your old and new mailing address so we can update your records.




How does the gift subscription work?


Choose from 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 month options. Remember the cards will arrive the month AFTER you purchase the subscription, so consider whether to purcahse ahead of time or not. We won't ruin the surprise! After purcahse, you will receive an email with a printable card that you can give or forward to let your recipient know they have something special coming. We don't email or communicate with them until their first set of cards arrives in their mailbox.

We are proud to be carried in select stores across the US and internationally in Canada. You can find a complete list of stockists here. Don't see a store near you? Suggest our stationery to your favorite local spot or send us their name so we can reach out.
